There is one all important mindset needed to create a great passionate team and hold it together long term: once you find someone very good and once there is a good agreement on the goals, get out of their way!
My conversations with our people are about our goals, about the hard problems we are tackling and so on. Such communication almost never happens via formal meetings.
Great people need their space. They cannot be micro-managed. In particular, traditional measure and manage methods, all the KPIs and OKRs and other such management buzzwords, they don't work with really good talent.
Leaving good people alone allows me the time to pursue my own passion projects. That's what allows me to learn new stuff.

A manager who looks out for your well-being and is invested in your career progress can have an immeasurable impact on your life.
Work only for the best managers.
If financial services businesses are allowed to mis-sell greed & easy + guaranteed returns from risky financial products, it not only harms consumers but it creates a systemic risk.
The Govt should put in checks not just for crypto ads, but also unregulated CFD/Forex platforms.
