@YatraOfficial@DGCAIndia I have not received any resolution till now please let me know asap as flight prices are bound to increase so who will bear the loss
@DGCAIndia@IndiGo6E as per new circular of DGCA customer can get the flight rescheduled free of cost excluding fare difference but airline is stating that flight needs to booked through company portal which is clearly a violation of new rule.@YatraOfficial is charging 4x.
@YatraOfficial@DGCAIndia Yatra is the worst travel agency I have came across who tends to charge customer higher amount that airline is quoted and indigo is denying to provide the benefit of the new rule shared by @DGCAIndia this is clearly a violation of consumer rights
@DGCAIndia@IndiGo6E@YatraOfficial@IndiGo6E i am yet to response from indigo and yatra on rescheduling as both are asking each other to do the rescheduling which is clearly a wrong usage of the DGCA revised circular and @DGCAIndia I am not able to file a complaint on air seva against them

@DGCAIndia@IndiGo6E@YatraOfficial This is ridiculous as no one is taking ownership to make the changes and customer is left with no option to file a consumer court complaint against both agency and airlines

@YatraOfficial is charging INR 1400 vs airline charge of INR 367 by not providing IATA code to airline which airline needs to amended the ticket under DGCA policy. Both agency and airline are taking benefit of the loophole in new DGCA circular.
@DGCAIndia please look into.
@YatraOfficial@DGCAIndia@RamMNK@ndtv@ZeeNews@ABPNews
Please highlight this issue as 90% of the ticket are being made through agency and airline is hiding behind this one line from accepting its responsibility of fair consumer rights.
This is important issue that needs to be amended.

@YatraOfficial@DGCAIndia As per new circular airline is stating they are responsible only if ticket is booked via them not agent.
But as DGCA rules are applicable on airline so airline is taking advantage of this new circular to hide from their duty of providing rescheduling benefits.
