@qu_pos such a great way to handle your customers your integration is down since morning no communication has been given after multiple call things happens system fails but if things are down for such a long time it’s really worrisome no communication whatsoever this is terrible

@amirhudda lot of smes rely on pos as main system things happen at least communicate with the customer unless you guys think this is not a priority it’s more than 8 hours it’s down no communication after repeated call by multiple people

How is this fair, especially when EBRC is generated by us and exports are micro?

@airindia What’s your utmost it’s more than 50 hours we are still in Mumbai . Ground staff does not have any updates. They are amazing people with no power we flew Kolkata to Mumbai and Delhi now hopefully will not face issues with fog

Another day, another chaos story. AI179 passengers rerouted Del→ ccr→ cancelled, no reason given, no clear rebooking plan. My friends are stranded and losing valuable travel time. This is becoming a daily pattern. When will Air India fix this? @DGCAIndia

Pathetic service by @airindia. Flight AI 179 to SFO started at 5 AM stuck at Kolkata airport due to emergency landing till now at 8 PM. Flight cancelled now, no clarity on next flight yet. Travelling with wife, having injury in leg. Need to go

@airindia @airindia Airport staff have no information. Passengers started from Mumbai at 6 AM and are still stranded with no plan or timeline. This has been happening daily for 2 weeks. Generic replies aren’t helping—please give clear rebooking details.
