@Garmin Feeling cheated and frustrated. Surprisingly they do not have an office in India. But selling across the Country. @Garmin should be banned in India if they cannot service the product they are selling

@Garmin Absolutely fraud company. No customer service. Software update killed my forerunner 945. When sent for service they asked for 250$ to send back the same defective model. Been months following up now asking for a resolution @Garmin

@Garmin Can we use this watch 24 * 7 * 365 days without breaking it? I used forerunner 945 for 2 years and it stopped working. And the @garminsupport in India replied back that the PCB is burnt due to use.

@Garmin Do need even think of buying Garmin. If the stops working, their support will simply say to buy a new one without giving you a solution. better go for @Samsung or @Apple. @Garmin will reply every mail with the response "This is the company policy to tell anything to customer"

@Garmin @GarminFitness @GarminUK First the support said that PCB was damaged because I used the device. Later they said, they cannot tell the root cause as company policy doesn't allow them to open the device. Not sure how they arrived at the conclusion of the PCB? By looking with their X-ray eyes?

@Garmin @GarminFitness Just got a reply from the support that they cannot tell me what is wrong with the device. They also cannot tell me the break up of the 250$ they are asking to replace the faulty software.

@ITSMRFOXY_ARTS @Garmin @GarminFitness the watch is wonderful. good tracking features, and great battery life. The app does a decent job but can be improved. The newer models come up with touch screen as well. Except that it works till it works. 😢

@Garmin @GarminFitness Not recording steps and heart rate etc for a few days now.
The green light is not working.
In the pulseoxmeter it is showing the error message - "Pulse Oximeter version mismatch. Update software."
