Driver refuses to switch on ac stating that it wl use up more petrol. I waste 20mins with ola customer care & at the end hear we can't do anything and can't refund. Cheating PPL everyday

@ola_supports I get a private msg from ola support that ac price is not built into your costing for a trip & it only depends on distance. How are you compensating the customer when min standards are not met? Cheating by showing xyz facilities & charging full evn if it's not there. #cheaterola

@KentROSystems My case id 21101204617 whch was raised in Oct was attended but nt closed in the system by Das appliances. Hnce i cnt raise any new srvice rqst fr the current prblm i am facing thru app or cust care. Upon calling Das appliances, thy r nt ready to resolve the issue.
