LIC Home loan took 5900 INR to reduce home loan interest rates when the repo rates goes down.

But, now the repo rates increased, and LICHFL increases the interest rates by 0.60% automatically.

Is this not cheating customers?

FYI: One person called me and generated another wrong bill. When I ask them, he told me that "He doesn't know about it". Now he is not receiving calls.

Another person came home and told me that the meter is good but not know why the bill not generating.

After 4 months, my bill came in May 2021, which is showing in RDF. The bill reading is not correct. I filed complaints 4 times in 1912 but still no solution. They just close my complaint without any solution
