Never ever book tickets via Goibibo. They not only goof up on key aspects like seat allotment, billing etc. But also don't refund money back to customer on a cancelled flight by Airline despite Airline confirmation of refund.

Akasa Air flight QP 1366 from BLR to BOM on 26 Oct 2025 with PNR C9F7MD has been cancelled by the airline but I haven't received the refund. Akasa and Goibibo are just making me run from pillar to post to get my money bak

All new offices have to move to Thane or Navi Mumbai. Then only traffic will get diverted and Mumbai shall get the relief. Rest all measures are superficial.

Its the highly unprofessional service provider i have ever seen. The professionals are late. The company cancels the service on its own whims and fancies. Wastes the precious time of the customer. Never go for their services unless interested in wasting time.
