Portal not working is not the biggest problem, imo, it is that the persons responsible is not even acknowledging it.

It makes us feel that all our struggles/complains are fake and work we are doing 24*7 on this broken portal is just all big lie.

Just finished filling of AOC-4 CFS. It took around 2.30 hours to fill a single form.

Thanks for making our life so easy.

Thinking not about internet disconnection, lengthy forms, ease of doing business, professionals time.

Now I can understand why the number of filings are low compared to last year.

This years #AnnualFiling is very tiring. Feels like it is never ending and we are wasting quality hours feeding the data to system just to get us replaced with AI in next 4-5 years.

Forms are getting cancelled, any changes need multiple amendments, unlimited issues for almost no value.

Dear @MCA21India,

We request your immediate attention to the persistent difficulties faced while saving and filing the AOC-4 (Standalone) form on the V3 portal, especially on Sundays. At the same time, we continue to receive reminders and alerts from our institute regarding timely submission — but how can compliance be ensured when the system itself is not functioning?

It is extremely concerning that substantial public funds have been invested into a portal that repeatedly fails to respond. This is not only causing immense stress to the professional community but also negatively impacting the ease of doing business and the country’s global credibility.

We have been documenting these issues responsibly. Over 200+ video recordings and multiple screenshots have been maintained as evidence, as technical teams often state that such challenges arise from “user awareness” problems. These recordings clearly show that the errors are portal-related, not user-related.

We, as dedicated professionals, genuinely want to fulfill our statutory responsibilities on time. However, the current system does not allow us to work efficiently or confidently. This is becoming a major obstacle to compliance instead of facilitating it.

We sincerely request that these technical issues be resolved urgently or necessary relief measures be provided. Please consider the collective struggle that the entire professional fraternity is going through every single day.

We hope that our voices will be heard, acknowledged, and addressed on priority.
