@bhash do you realize that your drivers absolutely despises ola money, especially for outstation journeys. Ola imposes the use of it, but every time the drivers realize that they won't be paid immediately, it leads to a big fight. Do you want the customer to face such conflict?

@bhash This is horrible. Ola has one of the worst customer service in the world. In my recent trip to India, I used @Olacabs. Every time without fail, the drivers had a similar ask for cancelling the ride on your app and directly paying them.
