I am unable to register complaint for high bill through the WSS portal since nothing happens after I press submit button ( attached image) after entering the OTP.

I am unable to do a complaint registration for high bill for the bill generated in the month of May as I am not receiving any OTP for the same even when the complaint portal says OTP is sent. I have tried it 4-5 times. What is wrong?

@TheOfficialSBI @RBI Is it mandatory to purchase property insurance from SBI before final home loan disbursement to the builder? Please see attached email from SBI where its mentioned as mandatory whereas the RBI guidelines don't call it mandatory.
