@MaritheKity I’ve also seen some people suggest the idea that the new model is only for ingame like Mario but that’s lame. It works for Mario because his promo design is already really good. Sonic’s isn’t and people want a new model for everything, not just ingame.

@MaritheKity With Donkey Kong, we started seeing some new merch for DK with different elements hinting at a new design which more coming and eventually the full reveal in the Switch 2 Direct. Sonic hasn’t really had that at all recently with the new merch basically looking the same.
