@RealItInPodcast @SenSanders Those that work in the railyard do not get personal days. As for vacations..we are allowed to take one week and exchange it for 5 single days that we can use as needed IF approved in advance. The rest of vacation is scheduled for the year at the beginning.

@morrisnelson @SenSanders It's not about paid sick time. Every day we take off is subject to discipline. There are no excused absences. We cannot schedule doctors visits on our days off because we do not know what those days will be.

@LALegault @SenSanders I would like to point out that personal days are only given to those that work on the road. Those working in the yard get no personal days. We get paid holidays which we do not get off and cannot use them as needed. We get zero days to use as needed.

@SenSanders Thank you for defending us railroaders. I have 18 yrs with a Class1 railroad. Most folks do not know how terribly railroaders are treated by the Carriers. Did you know that rail management regularly forces their employees to work 12 hours non-stop, not even allowing us to eat?

@GovWhitmer Why are railroads operating without instituting any safety measures and forcing employees to work with symtomatic people, not disinfecting, and ignoring state and local orders including health department emergency orders. Wayne County railroad continuing the spread!!
