The real test of becoming an IAS officer continues at Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA). 🏔️🇮🇳

Between 2020 and 2026, as many as 213 IAS officer trainees had to reappear in examinations during their training due to poor performance in various assessments.

📊 According to an RTI-based report by The Times of India, a total of 1,079 IAS probationers underwent training during this six-year period.

The academy also reported something remarkable:

✅ Not a single probationer was caught using unfair means in examinations.

LBSNAA’s two-year training programme is among the most rigorous in India.

📍 மகாராஷ்டிரா: 1.78 லட்சம் பேர் காணாமல் போயுள்ளனர் (முக்கிய ஆதாரம் & சேருமிடம்).

📍டெல்லி (ஜனவரி 2026): முதல் 15 நாட்களில் மட்டும் 800 பேர் காணாமல் போயுள்ளனர்.

குற்ற விகிதங்களைக் குறைவாக வைத்திருக்க, காவல்துறையினர் பெரும்பாலும் இவற்றை "கடத்தல்" (FIR) என்பதற்குப் பதிலாக "காணாமல் போன நபர்" (பொது டைரி) என்று பதிவு செய்கிறார்கள்.

ஒரு கோப்பு "கண்டுபிடிக்க முடியாதது" என்று முத்திரையிடப்பட்டவுடன், விசாரணை நிறுத்தப்படும். அந்த நபர் நிர்வாக ரீதியாக நீக்கப்படுவார்.

அவர்கள் வெறுமனே "தொலைந்து போவதில்லை." அவர்கள் உறுப்புகள் கடத்தப்படுவதற்காகவோ, கட்டாய உழைப்புக்காகவோ அல்லது சதை வர்த்தகத்திற்காகவோ கடத்தப்படுகிறார்கள்.
