@Southflint Completely agree with you. I actually finished a book when I was on holiday! Started another and since being home it's sat on the floor untouched.
This will leave me 3 weeks into a new job, during which I have been uncontactable by phone for 2 weeks. Hardly a great first impression to my new employer, and also not the service I am paying you for... I would like to understand what you are doing about it.
Hey @O2. I'll be honest, I'm getting a little miffed. This is the second time this month we're I have been without any mobile signal at home due to issues with the mast. This has been particularly problematic as I have started a new job, working remotely
and I am not contactable by phone. I can't even contact your support via the My O2 app (just keeps on listed as "connecting") and the service checker says that you forcast problems until the 28th!
@nationaltrust we have family membership, and love taking the kids to a national trust. My mum (who is a joint or possibly single member) is wondering if she can take my daughter to a national trust without us? My daughter doesn't have her own card as she is on my family card.
@Plusnet We're still having issues. Are you able to advise? He is totally unable to make or receive texts and calls and has been for numerous days. This is not the service we are paying for
@Lurpak Afternoon, I was just wondering if you could settle a debate that is keeping my family up at night... should butter be kept in, or out of the fridge? Serious stuff happening here π
