All of the people we interviewed from the LGBTQ+ community spoke of the pain of not being able to live openly while living in temporary accommodation, and the effect it had on their mental health. Nobody should have to live with the fear of being harassed for who they are.

🚨March updates🚨
Revised march route for tomorrow (Saturday 15th). Timings remain the same. Meet at 11am for the speeches at Jubilee Square (BN1 1GE), the March will start at 12pm.

There will be an accessible meet up at 12:30 at the Clock Tower (BN1 3GJ) for a shorter walk (0.4miles / 0.65 kilometres - which we estimate will take 15-20 minutes).
We have volunteers who can escort people away from the march if needed.

For LGBTQ+ people who have moved to a new area, this can create significant obstacles to accessing the support they need.
