Hi @AerLingus I have now been waiting for over a month for your customer service team to review and respond to two open claims. How much longer should this take? The changes and delays were bad enough - this is now just adding insult to injury.

@christinem70 Not that I could see! Check-in hall is busy but I didn’t see a long queue anywhere. I was through security within about 15 mins. It really all seems fairly normal.

Just booked tickets for @RealJSadowitz at @AlhambraTheatre in Oct and if there are no bare willies I’ll be furious.
