@drbretty My bias is to not extubate microprems @ <72 hours because that is when IVH risk is highest. Worry about cerebral perfusion if putting ETT back is difficult. Accept that is not based on high quality data. Interested to hear what others think of that approach.

Pretty uncontroversial view really as far as PDA goes but not everyone cognizant of concerns - think "it's just Tylenol".
