Uninformed opinion: Bank employees don't work. Lunch breaks. Maze hi maze.
Reality: Weekend work. Late-night work. Leaves denied. Abusive bosses. Insane pressure. Living away from family.
If people knew what bank employees endure on a daily basis, there'd be no mocking.

28 से 30 सितंबर तक बैंकों की हड़ताल के चलते वित्त मंत्रालय ने 25 सितंबर को ही पेंशन और सैलरी भुगतान के आदेश जारी कर दिये हैं। इतनी बड़ी हड़ताल हो रही है। हर रोज बैंकों से मैसेज आ रहे हैं कि तीन दिन लें देन बंद रह सकता है, इंटरनेट बैंकिंग भी प्रभावित रहने की संभावना है। जब इतना कुछ पता ही है और सरकार संज्ञान भी ले रही है। तो फिर जिस वजह से हड़ताल हो रही है, उस वजह पर सरकार बातचीत करके समाधान क्यों नहीं निकाल रही है, यह समझ से परे है। क्या इसका समाधान नहीं निकल सकता? तो फिर हड़ताल क्यों? अगर समाधान निकल सकता है तो फिर इस पर काम क्यों नहीं किया जा रहा? इस मामले में @GovtOfIndia_ को 28 तारीख से पहले बैंक नेताओं के साथ बातचीत करके संभव समाधान तलाशने चाहिए।
