Trust, Not Settlement, Is the Real Bottleneck in Private Credit.

Putting private credit onchain sounds solved until you ask a simple question:

Who verifies that the borrower is actually following the terms?

Smart contracts can enforce what’s written in code, but they can’t independently verify real-world facts like:

→ Is the collateral still intact?
→ Are financial reports accurate?
→ Has a covenant actually been breached?

That’s where servicers and administrators still step in, making critical decisions around compliance, defaults, and restructuring.

Tokenization improves settlement and distribution, but the underlying trust layer remains.

The bigger opportunity is verifiable execution proof of compliance, proof of reporting, and proof of covenant status.

Rialo Builders Are Turning Ideas Into Momentum 🔥

Yesterday’s @RialoHQ Builders Hub was a strong reminder of what happens when talented builders get the right space to share, question, and collaborate.

With 470+ participants joining the conversation, the session had an impressive level of energy and engagement.

What really stood out wasn’t just the number of people attending, but the quality of what was being shared.

Builders brought forward:

→ Real challenges they’re working through
→ Ideas for improving the ecosystem
