@AlessiaContu3 Because that's how they prefer being/doing and it's okay to accept and work with the student's preference without demanding they submit a reason that is more accessible/understandable to the instructor.
@DrDesmondPatton Sleeping. Writing three things I'm grateful for, every morning. Eating protein and fat rich diet with plenty of carbs and drinking at least 3 liters of water every day. Exercising and meditating daily. Seeking/providing social support. Presuming good intentions.
