They arranged transport and we boarded. But clearly they wanted to show that Indigo can treat customers however they want.

The flight hadn't taken off. Transportation could have easily been arranged.

But they decided to get us to book another flight. And pay the cancellation charges. The staff "Akash" clearly was having an ego trip.

But then eventually turns out we could board the flight.
