The AI revolution won't be won by the smartest model.
It will be won by whoever eliminates the most customer friction.
Last week it took me 7 days to complete a 30-second task: rescheduling a medical appointment.
That's where the opportunity is.
@JetBlue I was so excited about the United partnership you announced-of course none of that is operational, so you charged me a lot for bags and seat which as a United status holder I get for free.
I am just so disappointed
@JetBlue continued…
4. Did one round of beverage service in a 4 hour+ flight - no there was no weather related excuse
5. Now the best part - flight arrived at 4:15 at ATX, and I got baggage after 1 hour 15 mins
Now you know why I am sharing…
@JetBlue I hope I do not have to fly Jet Blue again for a long time. Granted I do not have any status but the treatment was so bad I have to share
1. Paid extra for seat and for baggage
2. Then forced me to checkin my carryon
3. Free Internet did not work half the time
And…
@austinenergy I just saw crew was assigned in NW Hills near my house. After 30 mins it disappeared. No sign of Austin energy
Can you please follow through once you have assigned a crew?
@austinenergy@Bird_Electric1@CenterPoint I see 3 assigned crews in your map that is supposed to be updated regularly - https://t.co/PmMKXqdNOO. I am sure I am missing something, or am l? Nothing has changed in my entire subdivision in NorthWest Hills for 48 hours. No crew, nothing. Are there roadblocks I cannot see?
@austinenergy@KirkPWatson why is there no crews working on northwest hills? Where are the mythical 400+ crews? Why cannot you assign a few crews by zip code and fix areas one by one and show it in a live dashboard? Happy to help with guidance on crisis management if you are open
@austinenergy Cost of fixing = number of people needed to fix and estimated time to fix - just spelling it out since the people running the show don’t know the basics or seems so
@austinenergy There is no crew in northwest hills area that I can see. The roads are clear. Not a single crew. Where are you people? Can you show a map@of where you are working?
@austinenergy Unbelievable - dare I say incompetency at its best? Break the problem into small parts - zip code/ neighborhood. Look for the outages locally - and one by one fix it, prioritize by size of impact and cost of fixing. This is project management/crisis management basics
@JohnLindquist2@KirkPWatson Very recently. We had a crew come in November. They may not have done a great job as is evident from the branch that fell on the power line. However no one from Austin Energy ever came in the last 3 years I have lived in the house. Except to check my panel upgrade in 2021
@austinenergy I understand the situation is challenging and I appreciate your efforts. But let’s also face it - the utility was not at all prepared for any disaster. Why? These type of winter storms will just become more frequent. 2021, 2023, 2024? And accountability-nada.
@austinenergy Reading the tweets makes me cringe. I know the issue in my area - it’s in my house, in my backyard. There are no large trees on the street that’s blocking access. We have had no power trucks in our neighborhood and half the neighborhood had no power. When will this be fixed?
1. Democracy only works if everyone does their part. Whether you are a registered Republican, Democrat or Independent, just vote. I just did - felt great! Make your voice heard - it matters and your children (or grand children)
@ATTHelp Trying to get AT&T fiber in my house. Next street over has fiber. The answer so far: we pretty much don’t care about you. Take your business elsewhere. So I did! I will still like to give AT&T a chance because I have been a happy customer in my previous house. Any help?
