Indigo counter at @KolkataAirport very packed and slow. Just pray passengers are able to board the flights on time and don’t have to rush @IndiGo6E please buck up and take some lessons from indigo staff at other airports

And guess what I was one of the passengers who was told boarding gate is closed by the time my turn came. Ground staff of @IndiGo6E at @KolkataAirport was not at all courteous and neither helpful. I would strongly suggest @IndiGo6E to train staff at Kolkata as appropriate

Very pathetic service by @HomeCentreIndia for a cancelled order and the delay in refunding the amount. Every time we call we are assured of refund in 3-5 days and with an excuse of software migration technical issue since last 1.5 months. God save their customers

@makemytrip cab booked through MMT site has charged extra from passenger amounting to double fare. On calling customer care I was told I will receive a call from team to look into issue. Still waiting for a resolution

@KotakBankLtd what has gone wrong with you? I am receiving calls b2b from 3 diff executives selling pre approved personal loan specially when I have stated I am not interested several days back. Also @KotakLife needs to be cognizant of spamming cust in the name of service calls.

@HDFC_Bank have been in touch with your customer care since Feb 15th for Foreclosure letter (query no. 10450548) and it has been frustrating with no resolution. Good I decided to move out of HDFC.
