Booked apartment in March 2019(gst 12% era), registration/sale of apartment executed in April 2019(5% gst era).
Builder charged me 12% on 49% of BSP and 5% on remaining. I feel they charged wrongly here.

DAY-12, हालात ए मल्टीपोइंट सब निरुत्तर, फ्लैट ओनर्स को लूटने का नया तरीका है मल्टीपोइंट , फिर पानी के मीटर के नाम पर लूटा जाएगा ।
20700+GST फ्लैट ओनर से क्यों बिल्डर से क्यों नहीं जबकि बिल्डर पहले ही 25000/- प्रति फ्लैट इसके नाम पर ले चुका है ।

DAY-13, पहले बिल्डर्स ने 25 हज़ार लेकर बिजली मीटर लगाकर दिए 15000/- प्रति किलोवाट लोड का लिया अब फिर से मल्टीपोइंट के नाम पर 20700+GST फ्लैट ओनर्स से बिजली विभाग ले रहा है ,बार बार कब तक फ्लैट ओनर्स का शोषण और लूट चलेगी ?
मल्टीपोइंट में पुराने मीटर काम आ सकते थे उसी रेडियस कंपनी के दोनों मीटर हैं 15000/- मीटर की कीमत क्यों ली जा रही है?
