The 5 Day Work Week for bank employees was agreed in the Bipartite Settlement of March 2024. Its implementation cannot remain pending indefinitely.

At the same time, a unilateral and discriminatory PLI framework that divides the workforce must give way to a fair, transparent and inclusive system for all employees.

Every achievement of our banks is the outcome of collective effort.

Recognition too must reflect that collective contribution.

We seek no privilege, only implementation of an agreed commitment, equality in reward and dignity at work.

उपरोक्त सम्बन्धमा म Rajeev Kumar ले व्यक्तिगत पारिवारिक भ्रमणको प्रयोजनका लागि भारतीय नम्बर प्लेटको सवारी साधन BR06BJ3104 लिएर मिति 11/07/2026 मा नेपाल प्रवेश गरेको थिएँ।

उक्त सवारी साधनका लागि सर्लाही भन्सार कार्यालयबाट TIV/Vehicle Pass No. 149506 जारी भएको थियो, जसको अवधि 11/07/2026 देखि 12/07/2026 सम्म २ दिन रहेको र सो अवधिको भन्सार शुल्क NPR 1,200/- भुक्तानी गरिएको छ।

म उक्त निर्धारित २ दिनभित्रै सवारी साधनसहित नेपालबाट भारततर्फ फर्किसकेको थिएँ। तर नेपालबाट बाहिरिने समयमा सवारी साधनको Exit Entry भन्सारको system मा update हुन नसकेको कारण हाल system मा उक्त सवारी साधन नेपालमै रहेको देखिएको र ३३ दिनको अतिरिक्त भन्सार शुल्क/जरिवाना देखाइएको छ।

यस सम्बन्धमा भारततर्फ प्रवेश गरेको मेरो सवारी साधनको record सम्बन्धित भारतीय Border Exit/Entry Point को register/system मा उपलब्ध रहेको छ। उक्त record मा मैले नेपालबाट भारततर्फ कुन मिति र समयमा border cross गरेको भन्ने विवरण स्पष्ट रूपमा उपलब्ध छ। आवश्यक परेमा उक्त India Border record/प्रमाण म तपाईंको कार्यालयसमक्ष पेश गर्न सक्दछु।

वास्तवमा उक्त सवारी साधन ३३ दिनसम्म नेपालमा बसेको होइन। अतः मेरो पुरानो TIV record, vehicle details तथा सम्बन्धित अभिलेखहरू जाँच गरी वास्तविक रूपमा नेपालबाट बाहिरिएको मिति पुष्टि गरी system मा Exit Entry correction/update गरिदिनुहुन हार्दिक अनुरोध गर्दछु।

साथै, Exit Entry update नभएको कारण system मा देखिएको अतिरिक्त ३३ दिनको शुल्क/जरिवाना हटाई वास्तविक २ दिनको TIV record कायम गरिदिनुहुन विनम्र अनुरोध गर्दछु।

आवश्यक प्रमाण तथा कागजातहरू, including India Border Exit/Entry Point को record, पेश गर्न म तयार छु।
