🚨 HOW MANY MORE LIVES WILL TOXIC BANKING CULTURE CLAIM? 🚨

The devastating suicide note of Bishal Brata Roy, a newly recruited DRO at Bank of Baroda is not an isolated incident. It is a damning indictment of systemic institutional failure, modern-day corporate slavery, and a complete lack of empathy from Bank Management and the Government.
Young, bright professionals are cracking competitive exams only to be pushed into a meat grinder. The realities exposed paint a horrifying picture of what goes on behind the shiny branch facades:

Zero Training, Extreme Pressure: New recruits are given next to no practical training and are immediately thrown into high-footfall branches. They are left to fend for themselves against hostile environments while being expected to perform flawlessly from Day 1.

The "Service Bond" Trap: Implementing predatory 5 Lakh rupee bonds with extended notice periods effectively traps employees in a state of financial bondage. They cannot quit without drowning in debt, leaving them with no escape route when their mental health deteriorates.

Severe Understaffing & Less Recruitment: Bank management continues to squeeze maximum output from minimum staff. Instead of ramping up proper recruitment to ease the burden, individual employees are pushed past their breaking points.

Faulty Transfer Policies: Staff and senior officers are routinely posted thousands of kilometers away from their families and support systems, compounding their isolation and mental agony.

Where is the accountability?
Why is the Bank Management completely blind to the mental health of its workforce? Why are human beings treated like disposable numbers on an asset sheet?
We demand answers from the Government of India and the Finance Minister @nsitharaman. You cannot boast about banking sector profits and digital growth while the youth of this country are forced to write "This world is not for me... I Quit" because of your toxic working conditions.
Scrap the predatory employment bonds. Fix the broken transfer policies. Recruit adequate staff. Stop turning public sector banking into a death trap.
Rest in peace, Bishal. We will voice the truth you left behind.
