@ProfessorCardz I got same issue for 30th Apr transactions excluded and discontinuation email RCVD 3 days bck. I wrote to sr. leadership directly. Got positive resolution today. Chck sttemnt timestmp for 30th April wid actual time of trnsactn. You will find the gap

What else to expect from @MaxGroup Hospitals

They exist ONLY to make money. I lost my mother in Max under @DrMeenuWalia1 and her team had zero empathy or humanity even for a dying patient or family.

Tried more to get my Google map review removed than to save my mother.

4 days back i was out with my family when i reacvd a late night call recvd ..

Hi sir my mother knee pain got in extreme case we are hospitalising here getting treated …

Her policy was not bought through us .. we chcked the policy the condition was not so great it was just a basic policy..but worked well for her ..

I asked my claim team to interven as she doesn’t know about claim support and from start to end ..

2rs client have to pay out of a lakh ..

my claim team was on action and get it done …

Few mins back i got call and her mother was there on another end ..

Giving too much blessing and endless ashirwad ..

This what my earnings are … people who earns crores in a day .. but can’t earn blessing like this …
