@airtelindia Pathetic broadband service. Mesh security deposit refund pending 1.5+ months after disconnection. Paid again for new mesh installation—still not done in a week. Multiple follow-ups, zero action. Unacceptable! #Airtel #CustomerService

@kaffindia Guys never go with @kaffindia , these guys have pathetic customer service and their products have engineering faults. I purchased Bellini f. Which have manufacturing/ Engineering fault.

@kaffindia I don't see it's moving. It's been more than a month since I raised concern. But no one is there in @kaffindia to handle the complaint. This is cheating with the customer while selling your products you guys promise a lot. @jagograhakjago Their products have manufacturing defect.

@kaffindia, Ur Bellini F has huge manufacturing defect.Utensils stand rubber melted in 3mnths only & u've very bad service dey visited & said parts not available. Store told u've 2 purchase stand again. Is it really wrth purchasing dat much expensive hob wid manufacturing defect?
