@aaichnairport I was on Che(MAA)-HYD 10:35 am flight.
Messages and emails (thanks for that) with delay notice constantly until until 2 pm when you finally announced cancellation, when everyone at the airport kept saying that all flights are cancelled from 10 am! Why make us wait so long?

@ShashiTharoor It would then be clear that the alliance is only to counter/corner BJP and has very little to do with real India or its issues. It would then be a shame INDIA or BHARAT wins ... a classic collective "now what?". Maybe punch around within then?

@ShashiTharoor Yes, I agree with you that it would not be wise to dispense with "India".... not as yet. Hopefully, the Bharatiyas would be able to shift the shine and glory to a much older, and much richer (in every sense) name, steadily and surely, thus shedding all that was conquerors-imposed

Even if the growth is slowing down and internal consumption falling (per reports), China has the capacity to speed up, and be back within a year or two alleviating the "possible-recession" pressures in many territories.

At least in Season 1 of lockdown, they gave some reason for all the pain a lockdown causes - "Ramping up medical facilities", etc.
Season 2 seems to be - "Hey, we don't know what to do. Everyone stay at home till we figure out."

Rs. 1 Cr with spend @ 50K pm lasts for 19 yrs
And 5Cr with 2.5L pm spend for 27 yrs.

Sadly, it appears that gone are the days when Tavleen Singh used to be a dependable journalist for accurate and incisive views! Not just scoring empty hits against a party! BD was ahead in per capita GDP USD terms in the 90s as well. It's linked to currency value.
