Was it not better when Medical Admissions were decentralised before 2015, with less aspirants to manage for each state, every state had opportunity to think about its medical infrastructure for its own state people /students,and people don’t have to roam all over for admission?

Sir 30,000 seats are taken in DU yesterday in 3 minutes, having effect on IPU colleges, but spot 2 round does not offer withdrawal Now; if we can offer withdrawal of admission before allotment of spot2 , it would help lots of Aspirants of bba bcom etc
