Over 2,000 residents (550+ families) at Shriram Surabhi Apartments, Mallasandra (Bengaluru South) face an acute PUBLIC HEALTH EMERGENCY due to an illegal wood factory operating in a BDA Yellow Residential Zone on a Residential Land.

📄 Official KSPCB orders dt. 23.06.2026 recommended IMMEDIATE STATUTORY CLOSURE under Water & Air Acts—yet local officers have failed to seal it!

🧪 Severe Low Frequency noise Pollution ,Toxic VOC solvent fumes (Polyurethane Resin, thinners/acetone) dump into public storm water drains & air, causing severe respiratory choking & emergency 112 police calls.

We appeal for immediate intervention to uphold our fundamental Right to Life (Article 21).

📍 REQUESTS & Demands:
1️⃣ Physically SEAL & Shut factory at Sy No 26/2 Mallasandra, Off Kanakpura Road , Bengaluru.
2️⃣ Disconnect illegal BESCOM temp power (RR: S12HTTP44) to factory.
3️⃣ Plug toxic chemical discharges into storm drains and restore the land to original pollution free state.

I am from Mallasandra, request you to provide a bus stop at Shriram Surabhi apartment, as our stop been changed to KSSEM college, it is not a convenient place, we don't have a enough place to stand, vehicles are speeding
