Now a days companies are cutting down support staff with so called AI support agents. Most of the time this is effecting customers in negative way. @firstcryindia is one of such company. Their AI bot only responds to fixed question and answers.
@Abcsunlifein to achive targets your employees , continously calling customers to surrender existing polivy and take new one. I have been receiving since 2 years.
@HDFC_Bank your website sucks bigtime, unable to update address through Aadhar. Visited branch, but as usual your employees updated wrongly, when i complained, asking me to visit branch once again.
(1 of 2) @HSBC_IN so far i was under impression that indian banks are bad. My opinion changed in just 1 month after started using HSBC. Your bank doesn't accept any customer service requests instead redirecting to account manager.
Dear All,
@IncomeTaxIndia, under the capable leadership of @nsitharaman, is trying to convince everyone that the reduced LTCG rate of 12.5% without indexation is beneficial. Yes, they are correct, but only if you make windfall gains. A quick look at this example will reveal the truth.
Consider the same case we demonstrated earlier. If you bought an apartment for โน50 lakhs fifteen years ago, and sell it today, you'll only make a profit after accounting for inflation if you sell it for โน1.32 crores. Earlier, you didn't have to pay any taxes, but now you'll have to pay โน10.32 lakhs even if you didn't make any profit. So, to break even, you actually need to sell at โน1.43 crores.
With the old method, you would pay lesser taxes up to โน2.7 crores. The new method is beneficial only if you sell for more than โน2.7 crores. From there, the more profit you make, the less tax you pay. Are you confident of selling your property at 5.4x value in fifteen years in the current Indian market?
โFor to everyone who has, more shall be given, and he will have an abundance; but from the one who does not have, even what he does have shall be taken away."
This is the new LTCG policy in a nutshell.
