DeenDayalUpadhyay station - 12141 reached 15m b4 time @2:15pm. Its still here, waiting 4 othr train to go 1st. Why shd ontime train b delayed by 1 hr to allow othr 1 to pass? Happens frequently-staff says. 12141 gets further delayed by hrs, due 2 this @RailMinIndia @PiyushGoyal
