Train 20497 PNR 4340426084 is already running 3 hr 48 min late. Is a 4-hour delay now considered normal? Every passenger plans with a 1–2 hour buffer, but such delays completely ruin travel plans, meetings, and onward connections.

Passengers’ time matters too. Why are weekly/special trains the ones that are regularly delayed by 3–5 hours? They deserve the same priority as daily trains. Who is accountable for wasting the time of thousands of passengers? There must be responsibility for such repeated delays.

Since the train is already heavily delayed, please give it operational priority. Avoid unnecessary crossings and prolonged halts wherever possible to recover the delay. Indian Railways should learn not only technology from Japan, but also the importance of punctuality. @DRMTPJ

@_groww DearThere is a mismatch in my STCG data. The amount reported to the government is around Rs. 49.49 lakh, while the report downloaded from the Groww app shows only Rs. 48.63 lakh. That’s a difference of about Rs. 85,000, increasing my tax liability by nearly Rs. 17,000.
