यमुना की सफाई उन सभी रास्तों को रोकने से शुरू होती है, जहां से प्रदूषण न��ी तक पहुंचता है।

दिल्ली में 22 में से 11 प्रमुख नालों की टैपिंग, 15.66 लाख मीट्रिक टन सिल्ट की सफाई और डेयरी वेस्ट के बेहतर प्रबंधन के लिए ₹300 करोड़ की लागत से 9 बायोगैस प्लांट लगाने की दिशा में काम आगे ब���़ रहा है।

इसके साथ ही यमुना में e-flow बढ़ाने के लिए मुरादनगर पाइपलाइन से 500 क्यूसेक और Lakhwar, Renukaji और Kishau Dam Projects से 754 क्यूसेक अतिरिक्त पानी लाने की योजना है।
