@bookingcom yet again I am not able to make a booking. #poorcustomerservice every time I try to make a booking , it fails at the payment. Customer care doesn’t reply as they need a booking. I am genius level 2 member and still such a bad experience.

@bookingcom @bookingcom yet again this happened yesterday. I made payment. At last screen I got same message. Fortunately I got an email from https://t.co/sjP4J7J8lF to click “confirm booking” and then it got confirmed but it was not a nice experience. Those emails don’t land in inbox

@bookingcom quite a bad app experience. Trying to book a hotel and getting following error every time. Customer service always ask for booking confirmation number and I am not able to make a booking. Infinite loop. #badcustomerservice
