FEV Tutor, Inc., operating under Focus Edumatics in India, employed over 3,000 people - only to abruptly shut down operations without any prior notice. The company has blatantly violated Indian labor laws by failing to pay the mandatory severance of three months’ salary, instead offering just one month’s payout. Employees have been left in limbo, with no clear update on their pending dues.

We demand immediate resolution of the following:
1.Full second-month notice period payout for
eligible employees, as clearly stated in their
contracts.
2.Encashment of earned leaves, per labor law
requirements.
3. Additional one month of severance pay

This unethical and inhumane layoff was announced in just 2 Minute video (https://t.co/ZacnKqqZNB) by the ex-CEO—without discussion, without dignity, without empathy. Your organisation claims to uphold “Unwavering Character”—but your actions show outright disregard for ethics and integrity against Alpineinvestor’s “People first” culture.
For a company with multi-billion-dollar assets, honouring contractual commitments would cost less than $1 million— yet you refuse to do the right thing, leaving 3,000 families struggling overnight.
If you can’t uphold basic legal and ethical obligations, why should investors in the USA or other countries trust you? Why should anyone believe in your brand?
