I took one trip & I was billed twice.
It should be pretty simple to fix - please check your database, confirm, & refund the excess.

Since no response from your team -> I paid double to avoid late fee.

@AlwaysInAmerica One of the Mercedes service vehicles in north central Mumbai is a Toyota.

(they also have a similar Mercedes van as a service vehicle).

One service guy said he preferred the cheaper Toyota - his managers were less worried about accidents (& damages) to a cheaper car
