In short ticket booked at Etihad counter JFK newyork by Etihad offi ial was denied boarding in Abu Dhabi.
Boarding pass has seat number as well for AUH to BOM
Had put me in high mental stress at an emergency situation

@etihad @etihad my return journey with Etihad on 24th june was also delayed at chennai because of technical issue. and i had to run in AUH to catch my connecting flight to JFK. i had just 1 hour to reach gate 61 and complete all US preclearanace formalities. Worst experience with @etihad
