But the ramp area outside both international and domestic terminals are not friendly to push trolley. When will the landcaping will be friendly to move luggage. Also to avoid bargaining with taxi drivers why don't you follow the same system as Hyderabad or Bangalore Airport that any driver should pick up anyone and based on otp they know the destination. Additionally when any politician arrives you are allowing the entire arrival area with party crowd and 100s of vehicles outside with loud honk. Please change that too so that common people will have a better experience.

World-class commercial buildings on one side, but no service roads, no foot overbridges, and no cleanliness.
Dust, mud and neglect define this corridor.

@MtcChennai took this bus from airport to sipcot. Right from the airport until last stop weather there is a vehicle in front or not the driver kept honking and as a passenger cant even sit and relax. Additionally the bumby roads. Please take action and train your drivers on when to honk

The hygiene is extremely poor. It's not social justice by stopping in such places that travel in TNSTC whereas omnibus stops at clean places
