@AxisBank removed my reg contact info. Due to this I did not receive my credit card statements for months and wrongly charged penalties.

The issue was not resolved. Request reversal of charges. Seeking ₹50k compensation for harassment.

@AmazonHelp @amazonIN @GodrejAppliance serial no is missing on GST invoice of AC. The AC delivered has 1 ton outdoor unit and 1.5 ton indoor unit.

@amazonIN I ordered godgrej 1.5 ton 5 star split AC. But got incompatible AC which has 1 ton 3 star outdoor unit and 1.5 ton 5 star indoor unit.

This is not usable AC and can't be installed.

Amazon support says that they delivered correct product and denying to accept return.
