7GB data(expiry: 8th April) which is part of 548rs plan is getting drained instead of 33 GB data(expiry: 7 days), this is not at all correct, if I don't get satisfied response will port away.

@airtelindia @airtelnews prepaid plan has expired yesterday,i also has 50GB data pack validity upto 25th Jan, below are 2 issues
1) data pack was not useful to recharge my number, had to recharge for 548rs to start using data.
2) afaik fixed data is used instead of data pack

Please take a look at below screenshots, service now:24431 is missing when searched from gokavaram to kunavaram , but it's available when searched from gokavaram to bhadrachalam, please correct it to enable reservation, 24431 has stop at kunavaram

Any update on this? This leads to additional cost of 70 rs per seat bcs a person has to reserve the seat from gokavaram to bhadrachalam and get down at Kunavaram for service 24431 which has stop at Kunavaram,.
