@Lifecellint it is like govt office service ur giving not customer friendly. customer care telling to contact regional team and regional team tells to contact head office.. really helpless situation facing even after paying the money.

Private telecom companies raised tariffs from 21% to 25% in December 2021 but BSNL did not raise. Private companies run for profit. BSNL runs to serve the nation and people. Do not deny Wage Revision to the employees on the plea of non-profitability in BSNL.
