@agoda This is a nightmare for us, I’ve booked the hotel through your portal and the property has no staff to attend, the room smells worse, the lift is not working, I’m travelling with a senior citizen, it’s a online check-in process, the offered room is on higher floor.
How should I take my luggage up there, how will the senior climb the stairs??? All I here from @agoda is, we can’t help, contact hotel, and hotel says contact booking agency, where am I supposed to go…. This is worst experience ever
@airindia Horrible experience, I don’t see any support, I would never recommend air india to any one, and would never prefer air india again. Again I’ve shared the DM as a request.
My recent booking experience with @airindia.
1/ I’m genuinely shocked and extremely disappointed by the way my recent flight booking has been handled by @airindia. I booked well in advance and carefully planned my entire schedule around confirmed itinerary provided by airline.
@airindia I think it’s a copy paste statement, I want proper resolution, either you don’t want to listen or you are just ignoring, I’ve shared the DM again I hope to get a better response.
@airindia I had contact MMT they are pushing me to contact airindia, as the flights were changed by you, they are just agent. It is your responsibility to handle the inconvenience caused. I expect a better resolution, please check DM.
