I expected a premium ownership experience from @VW, not unexpected massive bills and poor insurance advisory. I urge VW India senior management to look into these predatory workshop practices in Chhattisgarh. #VolkswagenIndia #CustomerExperience #VWVirtus (3/3)

[Rakesh Kanwar @rakakar51]

Extremely disappointed with the after-sales and insurance experience at @VolkswagenIndia. My Virtus (CG04PC9006) was in for an exhaust repair, and the authorized garage forced me to pay ₹25,000 out of pocket because they refused to retain the salvage part. (1/3)

[Rakesh Kanwar @rakakar51]

Standard industry practice is for the garage to adjust the salvage value, but I was forced to take the damaged exhaust and pay the deduction myself. To make matters worse, the dealership’s insurance desk renewed my policy WITHOUT the Consumables cover I’ve always had. (2/3)

My vehicle CG04 PK8090 has been sitting at your authorised service centre (Raipur, CG) since 6 July. That is now more than a month with no repair completed and no firm date offered.

[Rakesh Kanwar @rakakar51]

@devmaanoos @MGMotorIn This is so unprofessional.

[Harsh @devmaanoos]

Is this the after-sales reality of owning an EV in India? 🧵

Posting for my brother: His MG ZS EV (CG04 PK8090) has been stuck at the @MGMotorIn service center in Raipur, CG, since July 6th - over a month with zero repairs or ETA.
