@aparnatr9 @nabilajamal_ Guys leave kids from this. I saw all the kids nowadays communicate in English. Another 10 years no one stop kids to speak in English. It's not Kannada. It's about everyone should know basics of local language. Whichever part of India we are staying.

@ppitti It's better every company reduce notice period from 2/3 months to 2 weeks. Everyone knows how much people work in np. It's better to look for another replacement and at the same time.
