X Support is genuinely one of the most frustrating support experiences I’ve dealt with.
We’ve been paying nearly $1,000/month for X’s Gold Checkmark, and when a card issue caused the renewal to fail, the payment was cleared the very next day and we’ve already been charged.
We’ve tried everything:
• Support tickets
• Emails
• DMs
• Business support
• Premium support
The issue is simple: payment was charged, but the service hasn’t been restored.
Days later, still no response from a real human.
