Indian Consumer Protection Act, 2019 says this is a defective good. Consumer forums in Madurai & Alappuzha have already ruled AGAINST Apple India in identical MacBook cases — ordering full replacement + compensation.

This is a KNOWN pattern. Apple Silicon MacBook logic board failures are documented across Apple Communities, iFixit & Reddit. Apple technicians have told customers this is a recurring issue. Yet Apple India wants ME to pay?

Your own AASP (Ample Technologies, Bengaluru) diagnosed logic board failure. Repair quote: ₹74,636 — that’s 29% of the purchase price for a MANUFACTURING DEFECT on a device barely over a year old.

When asked about delays, staff are dismissive. They don't even use the digital display board for the queue—it sits blank while they manually call people. Completely disorganized and highly unprofessional for an Apple center. (2/2)
@AppleSupport Please investigate the iCare AASP at Mantri Square, Bengaluru. The customer service is abysmal. Staff are incredibly rude & act like they are doing us a favor. Only 1 out of 6 service counters is ever active, causing ridiculous wait times. (1/2)
