@DTE_Energy How pathetic! Been without power since 5:30pm Friday July 3, and now you’re saying power is estimated to be restored by Sunday!?!?! I’m in total disbelief, this has to be the worst power company. There needs to be some type of investigation done or class action. Unacceptable!!
@DTE_Energy How do you plan to reimburse us? And I don’t mean some $25-$35 credit to the bill. People have lost money on food for the holiday weekend amongst other costs and plans lost. The response has been awful! This is a serious question and demands an immediate answer!
@DTE_Energy All I hear are excuses, and rate increases. Worst response ever!! Here’s what I need: reimbursement for the $301 I just spend on groceries yesterday and $222 for my DTE bill I just paid, not some lame $25 credit to my bill. How bout that! SMH
@DTE_Energy Monday!?!?!?! Just spent over $300 in groceries and for this lame monopoly to say it’s going to take 3 days to fix all while this is one of the biggest holidays of the year. Rate increase and still can’t restore services in a timely fashion. Weekend wasted. Give me my $300 back!!
@WasteManagement I want lodge a complaint. You all have missed pick ups for recycling 2 weeks in a row for my Detroit neighborhood. Why?!?! This is completely unacceptable. You all want the contract yet provide poor service. I won’t let this slide
@AmazonHelp why does it take almost 3 weeks to be credited with a refund when you’ve received the return 4 days after I received it! Why are you all holding my money!
@ATT why is that my internet is down in my area and you all can’t provide me with an estimate of restoration. I need an estimate on restoration forthwith, I need my service for work!
