In this small example, voters got $31 gift cards for their promise to vote for Orban's party - Fidesz.

A 444 riportja egy választási visszaéléses esetet mutat be Pest megyében, ahol 10 000 forintos Penny Market ajándékkártyákkal igyekeztek megvásárolni a szavazatokat a kormánypárt számára.

A stáb birtokába jutott egy felvétel, amelyen Jakab István, a ceglédi roma önkormányzat elnöke és Pest megyei főkoordinátor hallható. A felvételen egyértelműen elhangzik, hogy az utalványokért cserébe azt várják és kérik az emberektől, hogy a Fideszre szavazzanak.

Több helyi lakos is megerősíti a kamerák előtt, hogy csak a kormánypárt szimpatizánsai kaptak a kártyákból. Akik nyíltan felvállalták, hogy a Tisza Pártra fognak szavazni, azok semmilyen támogatást nem kaptak.

A kártyaosztást követően egy ingyenes, zenés-bográcsozós mulatságot tartottak a telepen, amelyet Hankó Balázs miniszter, fideszes jelölt hirdetett meg. Jakab István a helyszínen elismerte az utalványok osztását (egy alkalommal helyben 50-60, Cegléden akár 500 darabot is), amit egy általa vezetett egyesület finanszírozott, amely az elmúlt években több millió forintos kormányzati támogatásban részesült.

Hankó Balázs miniszter a riporter kérdésére tagadta, hogy az ajándékkártya-osztogatás beletartozna a kampányába, és állítása szerint nem tudott az akcióról.

A gyárutcaiak ma megerősítették a stábnak, hogy az utalványokat valóban azok vehették át, akik a Fideszre húzták be az ikszet, míg a többieket kizárták a juttatásból.

HOLY CRAP. Pete Hegseth just stood at a podium and said NATO allies need to “stand with” America when it counts. This man, whose boss spent the last three months handing Vladimir Putin everything on a silver platter short of a gift-wrapped annexation of Kyiv, is now lecturing the rest of the alliance about loyalty.

Let that sink in for a moment.

The United States, under Donald Trump, has done the following: blocked Ukrainian aid, cosied up to Moscow at every available opportunity, threatened to abandon Article 5 commitments, and sent a former Fox News presenter to run the most powerful military on earth. And now the Secretary of Defense is pointing his finger at Germany and France and asking why they seem a bit nervous about the arrangement.

This is like burning someone’s house down and then yelling at them for not having home insurance.

The NATO “crisis” Hegseth is describing does not exist in any meaningful sense outside the one that Washington manufactured itself. Europe did not drift away from America. America drove away from Europe at speed, in reverse, while making rude gestures out the window. The allies who are now hedging, rearming independently, and quietly exploring what a post-American security architecture might look like are not being disloyal. They are being rational. There is a difference, though it appears to be lost on the current administration.

What we are watching in real time is a protection racket masquerading as an alliance review. You do not get to spend three years undermining collective defence, validating every Russian talking point, and treating NATO summits like a shakedown operation, and then act wounded when your partners start making alternative arrangements.

Trump never forgets. That much is true. He also never forgives. And he never, under any circumstances, looks in a mirror.

The crisis is real. The cause is standing at the podium.
